SUBJECT: Update to PEPP Administrative Memorandum #2001-10, Medical Record "DOCUMENTATION PROMPTER" Stickers and Diskette

On June 7, 2001 we distributed PEPP Administrative Memorandum #2001-10 with a box of "Documentation Prompter" stickers to place on the medical record. Also included was a diskette for reproducing the stickers. That diskette was created in Quark format, a design program not available in some hospitals. (Please check with your I.S. and/or Communications Department.)
As an alternative, we are enclosing another diskette in Microsoft Word format. This new diskette can be used to produce 8½ x 11 "Documentation Prompter" reminder pages in lieu of stickers. As we previously advised, you will soon be receiving several PEPP Documentation Prompter posters and a CD-ROM for producing additional posters (Quark version) and small Documentation Prompter cards for physicians (Quark, Microsoft Word and Adobe Pagemaker versions).
