The above referenced IPRO-PEPP Memorandum regarding Short Stays - Chemotherapy Admissions was disseminated in February 16, 2001. Subsequently, IPRO was made aware of a need to clarify the Report. Therefore, page one has been revised to indicate that the clinical assessment criteria, as adapted by IPRO for project data collection, were shared with the N.Y. State Society of Medical Oncologists and Hematologists for their review and comment.

I have enclosed a revised copy of the report, which reflects this change. Please discard the earlier version of the report and replace it with this current copy.
